ILF puts initial focus on Haitian orphans
For many Haitian children, hope - the seed from which a better life can grow - dies early. Approximately 3.2 million children under age fifteen live in Haiti, and 20 percent of them - about 640,000 - live in extreme poverty, many on the streets.
