ONE5 FOUNDATION PARTNERS WITH M&I BANK TO HELP HAITI

Bank Customers and Employees Asked to Make a Difference in March

LEAWOOD, Kan. (March 1, 2010) – One5 Foundation and M&I Bank are partnering for a special promotion through the month of March to help earthquake relief efforts in Haiti. The promotion allows bank customers and employees to contribute to the One5 Foundation's earthquake relief work and its ongoing mission of embracing a comprehensive strategy to address the basic needs of communities in the developing world.

M&I Bank has chosen to promote awareness about the One5 Foundation through in-branch signage and distribution of brochures and other literature. In addition to a corporate contribution to the Foundation, M&I Bank will encourage employees and customers to contribute at each of its 16 area locations.

"(One5 Foundation founder) Dan Tasset shared some powerful video of the terrific work done by the organization with our senior leadership and we were obviously moved to take action," said Jeff Chambers, vice president, Kansas City Regional Marketing for M&I Bank. "Supporting the Foundation's mission is a responsibility we're happy to accept."

Chambers said that, in addition to the corporate contribution and donations from customers, M&I Bank employees will be encouraged to wear blue jeans on the last Friday of the month in return for making a donation to One5.

"We're very grateful to M&I Bank, its employees and customers for this substantial show of support for the foundation," said Foundation Chairman David Miller. "They are a wonderful corporate citizen and understand the importance of giving back to people in need. Efforts like theirs allow us to realize our goal of reducing childhood death in underprivileged areas like Haiti."
